HOW TO ORDER A PET PORTRAIT
Provide photographs of your pet
• by post (at your own risk)
• email (to lowenart@yahoo.co.uk)
• text (to 07894 905702)
Specify
• when the portrait is needed
• include your contact details
• your pet’s name and whether you would like it on your portrait
On completion, if requested, we would be happy to email your portrait image to you for approval.
When approved and paid for, your portrait will be sent to you.
Pay
• by PayPal ref lowenart@yahoo.co.uk
• by cheque or postal order made payable to J Williams
• by bank transfer
Please allow at least two weeks for orders to be fulfilled. However, if your pet portrait is needed within a shorter time please contact us and it will be fulfilled if at all possible.
If you would like your picture framed we can liaise with a local company on your behalf.

In an ideal world, it is preferred, where possible to do at least 1 sitting from life.
However this is not at all essential.
The same system can be used as with pets’ portraits but please allow approximately 5 weeks+ for the order to be fulfilled and we will require a 25% non refundable, deposit.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied you may return your item within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus the deposit (where one is required) The item must be returned and in full packaging. In the unlikely event of it being damaged in the post please also return within 7 days for a refund or replacement.
